I am happy to take this moment to write a brief testimonial about my experiences with one of your staff members.
I recently had the experience of buying and closing on a home in Holiday, Fl. Gina Hill was my Realtor. Gina possesses the rare ability to present herself as a caring individual while maintaining her professionalism at all times. Not many people are able to pull that off. With Gina, it wasn’t an effort, it was natural. Her concern for me was paramount, even above making ‘the deal’. Although at times, I allowed myself to become frustrated, Gina enabled me to overcome frustration with little effort. When Gina represents you, she not only is your Realtor, she becomes your friend. She researched long and hard to find ample places to ‘show’ to me that met with my financial limitations, while still remaining in the general area I had wanted. Thanks to Gina’s ‘homework’, I was able to move into more than what I thought I was able to afford. Gina even took the time to check up on me weeks after the closing, making sure that I was satisfied with everything the transaction entailed. Gina was never late for an appointment and somehow always was able to make herself available when needed. She was never more than a phone call away.
